Dean has been with United Country since 2004. He is married to his wife, Chris, and together they have a daughter, Taylor. Dean was born and raised in Miami. He is an NEO A&M and University of Oklahoma graduate. Dean has also been a paramedic since 1997, receiving his his paramedic license at Missouri Southern University. He is currently a firefighter for the Town of Quapaw, as well as the Quapaw Tribe of Oklahoma.

Harrell has been selling Real Estate since 1986, has been with United Country for 7 years, and is a graduate of the Missouri Auction School in 1986. Harrell's wife, Janice, is the owner/operator of Gallery 9 in downtown Miami; they have 3 children and 6 grandchildren. He has been a resident of Miami since 1970 and is a graduate of NEO A&M College and attended OSU, as well. He is a veteran of the US Army, was a Department Manager for BF Goodrich Off Rode Tire Production, and is a former Mayor of Miami.
